In this course you’ll learn fundamental U.S. history and the architecture of systemic racism. BRE has procured the rights to show the powerful documentary

“Race -The Power of An Illusion”, presented in three hour long segments. You’ll then explore the impacts of racial identity in U.S. society and reflect on your own racial identity and narrative.

Participation in this foundational work is essential for alignment of any group before determining a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

The BRE Foundations online course is five, self-study hours with two optional facilitated debrief sessions at the conclusion of the first and second modules.

The self-study course is at your own pace and can be done anywhere you have an internet connection.
