Beyond Racial Equity (BRE) was founded by Quionna Allen and Tara Jenkins to partner with devoted clients to significantly contribute to building equitable organizations.  When you know you can make the world a better place you must try!  They were deeply dissatisfied with the typical and traditional approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). From their partnership, a new venture was born, Beyond Racial Equity.

The result of their efforts is a comprehensive framework that organizations leverage to build equitable organizations. This framework begins with understanding systemic racism through the final step of building a DEI Plan that drives more equitable practices. While the program is comprehensive, it is also customized to match where each client is in their cultural journey and their desired outcomes.

Today, BRE is comprised of a team of facilitators and consultants who help deliver the BRE Foundations Program and support consulting needs of clients.

BRE is eager to talk to any leader who is genuinely interested in building an equitable organization that works to dismantle oppressive practices and create structures that support inclusion and on-going learning.
